I recently stayed at a hotel in Carcassonne and it was a truly exceptional experience. The highlight was definitely the attached restaurant, which had a 2* Michelin rating. The meals were exquisite and the wine selection was top-notch. Our suite was luxurious and had a large terrace where we could relax. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch. The staff was attentive and made our anniversary stay memorable. The hotel's beautiful design and comfy beds made for a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a gourmet experience like no other.

The hotel is stylish with free Wi-Fi and a great value. The units are elegant, new-fashioned. Excellent dishes can be found in the gourmet restaurant.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk away from the Carcassonne fortress. The room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the garden. The staff were helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious and a great way to start our long drive.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel just outside the city wall. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to the historic center and the castle. The room was spacious, with a big comfy bed that gave us the best night's sleep ever. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options and the view from our terrace was stunning.

The seating in the restaurant was limited and we were not able to get a reservation for dinner.

The value for the money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from the fortress, and the staff treated us wonderfully.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Carcassonne. The suite I stayed in had a big comfy bed, and I had the best night's sleep ever. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to Carcassonne Old Town. The little negatives, like the shower area and TV turning off, could easily be fixed to make it a perfect stay. I would highly recommend Le Parc - La Table De Franck Putelat for a wonderful experience.

The charming Hotel Le Parc provided us with elegant surroundings and a spacious room with a large terrace and a hot tub. The beautiful decor and high-quality furnishings added to the luxurious feel of our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to the old city. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional cuisine at La Table De Franck Putelat. The food was excellent, and Chef Franck Putelat's talent truly shone through. We were also impressed with the impeccable service and the opportunity to meet the modest chef himself.

The hotel offered a variety of exquisite meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients, which were simply divine. We also enjoyed taking romantic walks to nearby attractions, which were within walking distance. Another great advantage of staying at this hotel was the beautiful surrounding gardens which had an abundance of fresh produce that was used in the restaurant.

We were somewhat disappointed by the spotty internet connection throughout the hotel. , the rooms could benefit from additional soundproofing to reduce noise.

I was thrilled to receive a warm and friendly welcome at this well located modern, luxurious hotel. To my delight, I was upgraded to a lovely, modern suite with a large balcony that provided stunning views. The overall quality of the room was excellent, despite some odd aspects of the layout due to its designer nature. The hotel's peaceful location just below the Cité allowed for a relaxing stay. The in-house restaurant was closed, but the associated Brasserie à 4 Temps in town provided a great and more affordable alternative. my stay at Le Parc - La Table De Franck Putelat was a delightful experience.
